Linda, I love how people everywhere are committed to their morning rituals. I have one that includes 2-8 before I do really anything else. As far as getting up early, I know that is my next step. 6am is about the earliest I get up, and as the days get longer I hope to make 5:30 my new time.
Thanks for the reminder to write my “gratitudes” each evening. And I never really thought about a reward each day. Maybe that is my little piece of chocolate after I close up my desk for the evening!
I like how you are choosing to celebrate with a reward.
I think No. 1 goes a long, long way toward having a positive and productive day!
Linda,
This is a great list! I especially like the “allow time for reading” and “let go of negative thoughts.”
Good for you!
Thank you. I enjoy those two also.
I like this. I will put in on my computer to remember, if I forget before I get their. Thanks.
What a great idea!
